Homemade bagels: the simple and tasty way to make them

Ingredients:
Bagels:
500 g all purpose flour
250 g milk
50 g butter
15 g yeast
5 g sugar
10 g salt
1 egg white
To decorate:
Sesame seeds
Seeds mix
Garlic powder
Dried onion
Directions:
1. Melt the butter with milk and sugar.
2. Melt the yeast into the butter mixture.
3. Mix the flour with egg white and yeast mixture.
4. Mix well and finally add the salt.
5. Leave to rest for about 2 hours.
6. Then make the bagels (100 g each one), then leave for 35/40 minutes.
7. Boil the bagels for 90 seconds.
8. Spread the bagels with beaten egg and cover with seeds.
9. Bake at 170° for 20-15 minutes.
