Spinach and ricotta cheese tarts: the savory recipe you need to try

Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
200 gr of spinach
150 gr of ricotta
salt, oil to taste
50 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Ingredients for brushing:
1 egg and milk to taste
Directions
1. Heat the spinach and transfer them to a bowl.
2. Then add ricotta, egg, parmesan, salt and oil.
3. Roll out the puff pastry and shape the sunflowers, then stuff them.
4. Brush with egg, milk and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
