Cashew chicken: the recipe for a tasty and easy meal

Ingredients:

- For the meat:

400 g of chicken breast

2 tbsp of corn starch

40 g of cashew nuts

Sunflower seeds oil

Sesame seeds

- For the sauce:

Half a cup of soy sauce

1 cup of chicken broth

1 tbsp of mirin

1 tbs of evo oil

2 tbsp of brown sugar

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix soy sauce, mirin, oil, brown sugar and broth.

2. Cut the chicken breast in little pieces.

3. Coat them with corn starch and fry them in a pan with some olive oil.

4. Add cashew nuts, sesame seeds and the sauce from before too.

5. Cook everything for 15 minutes.

6. Serve with some steamed rice and broccoli.
