Caprese chicken: a light and delicious recipe!

Here's a tasty and quick way to cook chicken!

INGREDIENTS
3 Chicken breasts
60g (4 tbsp) Pesto 
2 Tomatoes
Mozzarella 
Basil leaves
 
METHOD
  1. Put the chicken slices into a pan.
  2. Spread some pesto on them and add tomato slices and mozzarella.
  3. Bake at 360F/180C for 30-40 minutes. Serve with some basil leaves.
