Chocolate pear cake: the delicious and easy recipe

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
3 pears (about 300 g)
270 g of flour
30 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 eggs
100 ml of sunflower or peanuts seed oil
180 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of baking powder
- For decoration:
Powdered sugar
Dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and sugar. Then mix oil and flour a little bit at a time.
2. Sift and stir in cocoa powder, then add baking powder and salt.
3. Lastly, add peeled and chopped pears.
4. Pour the batter in a buttered cake mold (26 cm diameter).
5. Put some pear slices on top of the cake. If you like, sprinkle with a tbsp of granulated sugar.
6. Bake in a static oven at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
7. Decorate with some powdered sugar or some melted dark chocolate before serving.
