Homemade gyoza: the recipe for the tasty and delicious dumplings

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
120 g of flour
90 g of hot water
Potato starch
- For the filling:
100 g of pork meat
80 g of cabbage
30 g of of spring onion or onion
10 g of soy sauce
10 g of sake or white wine
10 g of sesame seeds oil
Salt, pepper, ginger
Directions:
1. Mix flour and hot water, then knead for 10 minutes.
2. Wrap the dough and let rest for 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile finely chop onion and cabbage, then mix with meat.
5. Add soy sauce, sake (or white wine), sesame seeds oil, a pinch of salt, ginger.
6. Divide the dough into little balls, then flatten each ball until you get a circle.
7. Fill with half a tbsp of meat and vegetables mixture, then close the dumpling by pinching with your fingers.
8. Cook them into a large pan with some oil on the bottom for 2 minutes. Add half a cup of water.
9. Then cover and let cook for 10 minutes. Lastly, finish cooking without the lid for 2 minutes more.
