GYOZA: How to make perfect Japanese meat ravioli! ๐

INGREDIENTS
210g (1 3/4 cup) of all-purpose flour
a pinch of salt
100ml (1/2 cup) of water
160g of minced meat
1/2 of spring onion
100g of cabbage
Fresh ginger
Soy sauce
Pepper

Vegetable oil
Black sesame seeds
White sesame seeds
ย
METHOD
1. Add the flour, salt, and water to a bowl and mix with a spatula. When the dough starts to form, knead it with your hands to obtain a compact dough. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl, add the minced meat, spring onion, cabbage, fresh ginger, soy sauce, and pepper, and combine.
3. After time has elapsed split the dough into 20 pieces and roll out each one. Place the teaspoon of the filling and close the ravioli by pressing the edges of the pasta with your fingers.
4. Pour the vegetable oil into a pan and place it in the pan. Brown the bottom and pour the water. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
5. Serve gyoza on a serving dish and garnish with black and white sesame seeds.
