Fried rice with ham, peas and carrot: tasty, fast and easy to prepare

Ingredients:
500g of basmati rice
1lt of water
Salt to taste.
Seed oil to taste
3 fresh spring onions
300g of carrots
300g of peas
5 eggs
200g of diced cooked ham
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
Directions:
Immerse the rice in cold water and then wash it until the water is transparent. Then leave it in the colander for 10 minutes.
Then put it in the pan and pour 1 liter of water, cook and then cool completely.
Fry the carrots and peas in a pan, then set aside.
Chop the spring onions and fry them, then add the rice.
Beat the eggs with the salt and add them to the pan. Then add peas, carrots, soy sauce and cooked ham.
