Tiramisù squares: a very delicious recipe ready in no time

Our talented Greek pastry chef, Jim, makes a delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
300 gr flour
320 gr sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 sachet of vanillin
175 gr butter
6 egg whites
240 ml milk
60 ml yogurt
150 ml of hot milk
2 coffee spoons
250 ml whipped cream
250 gr mascarpone
50 gr sugar
1 vanillin sachet
Cocoa powder
Directions:
Dough: sift the flour, sugar, salt, yeast and vanilla. Then add the butter and mix. Add egg whites, milk, yogurt and add to the mixture. Pour everything into a rectangular mold and bake at 340°F (175°)for 25-30 minutes.
Wet: mix the milk with the coffee and moisten the cake.
Whip the cream with mascarpone, vanilla and sugar. Cover the cake and add the cocoa.
