Crispy almond ice cream: the delicious homemade recipe

Jim is a very good Greek pastry chef, today prepares a delicious ice cream.
Ingredients:
200 gr sugar
200 gr toasted almonds
500 ml whipping cream
400 gr condensed milk
75 gr meringues
100 gr chocolate chips
Ganache Chocolate
Directions:
In a pan, dissolve the sugar and mix it with the almonds. Transfer the mixture onto the parchment paper and let it cool completely, then crumble it.
Whip the cream and add condensed milk, meringues and chocolate chips. Also add the crumbled almonds.
Arrange the mixture in a mold and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Then serve with ganache and other almonds.
