Skewers with vegetables: the recipe to make a tasty meal

Ingredients for 7 skewers:

1/2 yellow, red and green pepper

1/2 zucchini

3 cherry tomatoes

300 gr pork

3 pork sausages

1 large onion

Various spices

1/2 Lemon

Oil

Directions:

In a bowl mix all the spices with oil and lemon juice. Then insert the meat, stir and let it marinate.

Cut and season the vegetables. Assemble the skewers and leave them in the fridge for a while to marinate them well. Then roast and taste them.
