Hole creamy cake: the recipe to prepare a sponge and tasty dessert

Dough:
4 eggs
115 gr sugar
115 gr flour
Cream:
500 ml milk
3 yolks
100 gr sugar
10 gr vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
30 gr corn starch
30 gr butter
Ganache:
70 gr milk
70 gr sugar
20 gr cocoa
50 gr butter
Directions:
Dough: whip the eggs with the sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained. Then add the flour and bake at 340°F (175°) for 35/40 minutes.
Cream: mix the milk with yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and starch. Bring on the heat and thicken, then add the butter.
Make holes in the cake and pour the cream.
Ganache: pour the milk into a saucepan and add sugar, cocoa and butter. Cover the cake and serve.
