Garlic flower bread: the recipe to make it fluffy and tasty

Ingredients:
312 gr flour
3 spoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
180 ml warm milk
1 large egg
3 tbsp butter
Filling:
125 gr butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
100 gr chopped chives
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions:
Dough: in a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Then add milk, egg and butter. Let it sit for an hour.
Then mix butter, salt, chives and garlic.
Knead the dough by adding extra flour.
Then divide the dough into equal portions and fill them as shown in the video.
Arrange everything in a mold, cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Then brush an egg yolk and bake at 340°F (175°) for 30 minutes.
