Belgian buns: the recipe to make them at home

Ingredients:
7g active dry yeast
25g sugar
187ml of warm milk
375g (3 cups) of all-purpose flour
56g ( 4 tbsp) butter, melted
1/2 tsp of salt
1 large egg, beaten
Cream:
1 lemon
56 gr butter
100 gr sugar
2 eggs
120 gr raisin
Topping:
120 gr powred sugar
2 tbsp of lemon juice or water or milk
Directions:
In a large bowl mix yeast, sugar and milk. Then add flour, butter, salt and egg. Make a dough and leave for 1 hour.
Cream: mix zest and lemon juice with sugar and eggs. Make the cream and set aside.
Spread the dough and fill it. Roll the dough and cut it.
Leave for 30 minutes and then spread with egg wash.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
Then top the buns with glaze and cherries.
