Rose bread: how to prepare a fluffy and beautiful recipe

Ingredients:
250 gr flour
70 gr corn starch
250 ml warm water
1 tablespoon dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp oil
Cheese to stuff
Eggs and chives for topping
Directions:
Dough:
In a bowl mix sugar, yeast and half the amount of water. Let stand 10 minutes. Then mix flour, starch, salt and oil. Mix together and add the mixture with the yeast. Pour the remaining amount of water and form a homogeneous dough.
Let it sit for 45/60 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 16 portions and cover for 15 minutes.
Roll out each portion and stuff with the cheese. Assemble your rose and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Then brush with beaten egg and add the chives.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
