Mousse chocolate cake: a creamy dessert to absolutely try

Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
150 gr sugar
100 gr starch
2 yolks
60 gr butter
160 gr chocolate

Mousse:
340 gr chocolate
200 ml cream for sweets
430 ml whipped cream
340 gr chocolate
200 ml cream for sweets
430 ml whipped cream
500 gr chocolate cake
Directions:
In a saucepan, add starch, sugar, yolks and milk. Thicken and add the butter. Finally add the chocolate and mix well. Place the chocolate cake on the bottom of a mold, then pour the cream. Melt the 340 g of chocolate with the cream and then, after cooling the mixture, mix with the whipped cream. Cover the cake and leave in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
