Potato stuffed baguette: a recipe to enjoy with your family

Ingredients:
125 ml milk + 2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
125 ml hot milk
250 gr flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
5 spoons of butter
4 boiled and mashed potatoes (flavored with salt, pepper, parsley and grated cheese).
Directions:
In a pan mix 125 ml of milk with 2 tablespoons of flour, you will need to obtain a creamy mixture.
Then dissolve the yeast in the other 125 ml of hot milk.
In a bowl add flour, creamy mixture and milk with yeast.
Then add sugar and egg, mix and add salt. Start mixing and adding the butter. Form a homogeneous dough and let rise for at least 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 6 parts, form the baguettes and fill them.
Brush the yolk and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
