Tomato and cabbage pie: the quick recipe to enjoy your meal

Ingredients:
1 onion
1 carrot
Vegetable oil
1 cabbage
1 tomato
4 eggs
200 ml milk
Salt, pepper to taste
100 gr shredded cheese
Directions:
Cut onion and carrot, fry together with oil. Then add the cabbage and let all cook. Boil and peel the tomato.
Beat the eggs with milk and add salt and pepper.
Assemble the pie and finally pour the egg mixture.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
