The recipe to make a delicious and fluffy bread

A simple Italian recipe to make bread at home.
Ingredients:
350 ml water
300 gr flour 0
300 gr semolina
10 gr brewer's yeast
20 g salt
20 gr sugar
20 gr oil

Directions:
Pour almost the entire amount of water into the mixer, then add the yeast and sugar. Stir and add the flour and semolina. Add more water if the dough is hard. Finally add salt and oil.
Knead the dough by hand and let it rise until doubled in volume. Then make two loaves, cut into them and let rise again. Bake at 400°F (200°-220°) for 20 minutes.
