Focaccia bread: easy to make, and tastes so rich and wonderful!

Just mix some flour, yeast and water and bake for only 30 minutes. Save this recipe:

INGREDIENTS
• 150g / 1 cup flour
• 100ml / 3.5ozwarm water
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp yeast
 
Dough:
• 500g / 3 cups flour
• 230ml / 8oz warm water
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp yogurt
 
METHOD
  1. Dilute salt, sugar, and yeast in warm water. Then add the flour. Leave on for 30 minutes. Knead the dough, let rise for 1.5 hours. Round the dough, put on parchment. Let rise for 30 minutes. Then roll out with your hands and make an incision. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
