Brötchen, the delicious German bread rolls

A German recipe for preparing fluffy and fragrant sandwiches.
Ingredients:
7 gr dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
375 ml warm water
500 gr flour
8 g salt
Directions:
Mix the water with yeast and sugar, leave for 15 minutes.
Then add 250 grams of flour and mix well, cover and leave for an hour. Then add the remaining amount of flour and salt. Then work the dough well and cover it for another hour.
Then divide it into 10 parts of about 90 gr each. Leave them to rest for 15 minutes and then form your sandwiches. Cover them for another hour and bake them at 450°F (230°) for 20 minutes.
