Stuffed puff pastry sandwiches: ideal for your appetizers

Ingredients:
500 gr puff pastry
200 gr hard cheese
200/300 gr salami
2 boiled eggs
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Sesame seeds
1 egg
Directions:
Cut the salami and boiled eggs into small pieces, then grate the cheese.
Roll out the puff pastry and spread the mayonnaise. Stuff and roll the dough.
Cut the rolls and brush the beaten egg, also add the sesame seeds and bake at 400°F (200°) for 45 minutes.
