Fluffy homemade bread rolls: how to make them very delicious

Ingredients:
150 gr flour
8 gr sugar
2 gr salt
40 gr water
60 gr milk
2 gr dry yeast
12 gr of butter
Preparation:
Dissolve the dry yeast in the milk and water.
Separately mix flour, sugar, salt and add the mixture with the yeast. Mix well and form a loaf, add the butter and let rise for 30-40 minutes. Then divide the dough into equal parts and let them rest for 15 minutes. Then form a cut on the surface and insert a piece of butter. Bake at 440°F (220°) for 13/15 minutes.
