Soft milk bread: the recipe for a yummy, genuine snack

Ingredients:
125ml milk
5g active dry yeast
20g sugar
20ml olive oil
10g margarine
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
300g all-purpose flour
Directions:

Directions:
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in milk and then add sugar, oil, margarine and egg. Finally add salt and flour. Form a loaf and let it rise until doubled.
Cut it into equal portions and shape into balls. Leave them to rest for 20 minutes and then bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
