Fluffy giant donut: the recipe to make a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
150 ml milk
40 ml oil
4 spoons of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 egg
300 gr flour
Jam or hazelnut cream for filling
Poppy seeds
Preparation:
In a bowl mix milk, oil, sugar, salt, yeast and egg.
Then add the flour and let it rise for two hours.
Then divide the dough into 9 portions, 8 equal and one larger. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Stuff the smaller balls and roll out the larger portion. Make the donut and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Brush with milk and add the poppy seeds. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 25 minutes.
