Brioche cake: the recipe to make a fluffy and beautiful dessert

Ingredients:
800 gr flour
2 eggs
20 gr fresh yeast
200 ml water
200 ml milk
4 tablespoon of oil
200 gr margarine
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
Sesame or other seed
Directions:
Melt the yeast in the water and pour in the flour. Add eggs, milk, oil, sugar, salt and mix well. Make a dough and divide it in some balls, spread them and add melted margarine.
Cut all in some squares and place all in a mold. Top with yolk and sesame seeds. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
