Homemade fluffy bread rolls: the recipe to make them perfect

Ingredients:
400 ml hot milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 sachet of dry yeast
700 gr flour
1 teaspoon sugar
250 ml warm water

Directions:
In a bowl mix water, milk, sugar, salt and yeast. Gradually add the flour and form a loaf. Let rise until doubled in volume. Then make equal portions and give the shape of the sandwiches. Cover them with flour and leave to rest for another 30 minutes.
Make some cuts and bake at 400°F (200°) for 30/40 minutes.
