Homemade bread: the recipe to make it so fluffy

Ingredients:
1 kg flour
1 tablespoon dry yeast
600 ml water
100 ml oil
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in a little water. Then pour in the flour gradually adding the water. Also add oil and salt. Form a loaf and let it rest until doubled. Then work it again and let it rest for another 30 minutes. Finally bake at 356°F (180°) for 40-60 minutes.
