Fluffy savory brioche: the recipe to make them perfect

Ingredients:
400 gr flour
350 gr warm water
1 tbsp of dry yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of cream cheese
1 tsp of salt
Directions:
Melt the yeast into the water and pour into the flour. Add sugar, butter, cream cheese and salt. Make a dough and leave for 2 hours.
Then divide it in some balls and cover for 20 minutes. Then make the brioche and cut on top. Leave for other 20 minutes and bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
