Arabic puffy bread: the recipe to make it very delicious

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
150 gr semolina flour
1 cube fresh yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Water to taste
Olive oil
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, semolina, baking powder, salt and water. Make a soft dough and cover it for a couple of hours.
Then divide it into many portions and spread them finely.
Make the bread as shown in the video and cook them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.
