Puttanesca spaghetti: the delicious Italian recipe

Ingredients:
120 grams of spaghetti
300 grams of peeled tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
10 desalted capers
12 black olives
3 anchovy fillets in oil
1/2 hot pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 handfuls of chopped parsley
3 spoons of oil
Salt to taste.
Directions:
In a saucepan, sauté two cloves of garlic in the oil. Then add the anchovies, capers, chilli pepper and olives. Then add the tomato and add the oregano. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti. Salt the sauce to taste and mix with the pasta. A little parsley and the dish is ready.
