Russian salad: the creamy and tasty appetizer

Ingredients:
600 gr chicken breast (boiled)
1 medium onion
500 gr cucumbers
4 large boiled potatoes
3 boiled carrots
5 boiled eggs
200 gr boiled peas
Salt and pepper
3 spoons of oil
5 tablespoons of lemon juice
500 gr mayonnaise
 

Preparation:
After boiling all the ingredients, simply cut them into cubes. Then mix them and salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice.
Finally add the mayonnaise and pour the mixture into a donut mold. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
