Giant churro roll: the beautiful dessert with a rich flavor

Ingredients:
200 ml milk
200 gr yogurt
1/2 glass of oil
Juice from half a lemon
2 eggs
2 tablespoons semolina flour
1 sachet of vanillin
1 pinch of salt

Syrup:
300 ml water
3 tablespoons sugar
A few drops of lemon

Directions:
In a large bowl pour yogurt, milk, eggs and oil. Mix and add flour, semolina flour and vanillin.
Put the dough in a pastry bag and form the roll in a pan with oil.
Syrup: melt the sugar in water and add the lemon.
Garnish the roll with the syrup.
