Spaghetti with clams: a delicious and easy first dish

Ingredients:
300 gr spaghetti
500 gr clams
Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Chilli (optional)
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Put the clams in cold water and salt, leave them for 3 hours. Then rinse them well for at least 3 times.
Fry the garlic in the oil and then add the clams. Cover for 5 minutes and you will see that they will be open. Leave them to cool and shell out half of them. Put them back in the pan and add the parsley. Lower the spaghetti and stir well.
