Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
500ml Marinara Sauce
250g Cooked Onions
125g Ricotta Cheese
50g + 1Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 Tsp Salt
1Tbsp Fresh Parsely
450g Cooked Ground Beef
450g Cooked Cooled Spaghetti
150g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions:
Lightly beat the three eggs.
Mix in the marinara sauce, followed by the onion, ricotta cheese, 50g parmesan cheese and salt and mix to combine.
Mix in the parsley and beef followed by the spaghetti.
Spray a 9” spring form cake tin with baking spray.
Pour in the spaghetti mix and then sprinkle over the Mozzarella cheese and the left over tablespoon of parmesan cheese
Bake in the over at 180°C or 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing the tin and serving.
