Mini fried calzoni: the quick and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
250 ml of milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp oil
400 gr flour
Filling:
100 gr salami
2 tomatoes
Directions:
Mix the milk with the baking soda, egg, salt and oil. Then add the flour gradually. Form a uniform dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. Divide the dough in two, spread and stuff with salami and tomato.cut into discs and fry in a pan.
