Fried baccalà: the secret to make it crispy and tasty

Ingredients:
Batter:
500 ml of water
2 pinches of salt
15 tablespoons of flour

400 gr fresh baccalà (cod)
Directions:
In a bowl, melt the salt in water and then add the first 6 tablespoons of flour. Join the others until you reach the right density.
At this point insert the cod (already cleaned) and fry in very hot oil.
