Shortcrust pastry cookies with cream: beautiful, simple and delicious

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
20 g sour cream
200 gr margarine
1 egg
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
In a stand mixer pour margarine and sour cream. Stir and add egg, sugar and yeast. Finally, add the flour and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then spread the pastry and cut some discs. Stuffed with the cream, close and brush with the yolk. Add the flaked almonds and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
