Baked omelet with potato and onion: simple and tasty recipe

A quick recipe to prepare a lunch or dinner in a few minutes.
Ingredients:
600g potatoes
400g onions
40g grated Parmesan cheese
30g milk
6 eggs
Chopped parsley
Lemon thyme
salt
black pepper
Olive oil
Directions:
Cut the onion and fry it in the pan. Then add the diced potatoes. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Beat the eggs and add the cheese, milk, parsley, type, pepper and salt. Add the potatoes and onions and stir again. Pour the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
