Super fluffy bread roll: the recipe to make them really delicious

Ingredients:
350 gr flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 eggs
200 ml milk
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon plenty of butter

Coconut flour
Directions:
Mix the flour with coconut, eggs, milk, dry yeast and work it all together to form a loaf. Add the butter and work again for 10 minutes, then let it rise until doubled.
Cut the dough and divide it into equal portions, form the sandwiches and let them rest for 30 minutes. Then sprinkle the coconut flour and bake at 356°F (180°) for 18 minutes, also insert a bowl full of water. Then cover the rolls with aluminum foil and leave them for another 5 minutes.
