Potato savory pie: a beautiful preparation full of flavor

Ingredients:
250 gr flour
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 beaten egg
3 tablespoons melted butter
125 ml warm milk
1 teaspoon salt
Garnishing:
2 large potatoes
Chives or parsley
100 gr. Mozzarella or scamorza
Salt, pepper (and you can flavor as you prefer)
1 teaspoon oil
Grated cheese q.b.
 
Directions:
Put the flour in a large container and add the rest of the ingredients. Form a loaf, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.
Boil the potatoes and mash them adding chives, mozzarella, salt, pepper, oil and cheese.
Roll out the dough and decorate it as shown in the video, pierce the bottom, brush with oil and stuff. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20-25 minutes.
