Ingredients:
200 g warm milk
8 gr dry yeast
60 gr sugar
500 gr flour
2 eggs
50 gr butter

Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, then add the sugar. Then add the flour, eggs and butter. Knead everything until you get a dough and let it rise for an hour. Then roll out the dough and form discs, let stand for 20 minutes and fry in hot oil. Pass your donuts in sugar and then stuff them.
