Mini croissants: to be enjoyed at breakfast instead of cereals!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
1 egg
4 tbsp of milk
Berries for the decorations
METHOD
1. Cut the puff pastry into several triangles.
2. Roll up each triangle starting from the base to obtain a small croissant.
3. In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk. Dip the croissants into the mixture and then transfer them to the baking tray.
4. Bake them in a static oven at 190° for 15 minutes.
5. Serve the mini croissants for breakfast, with milk and berries.
