Cheese twisted bread: ideal for your tasty appetizer

Ingredients:
375g all-purpose flour
7g (1 pkg) instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
187ml (3/4 cup) warm milk
42g (3 tbsp) butter, melted.
1 large egg, beaten.
Shredded cheese as needed
Parsley or other herbs
Directions:
Mix flour, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Then add salt and warm milk, add also melted butter and beaten egg.
Place into a bowl and cover for one hour.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, spread and fill . Make the twisted as the video shows, cover for 30 minutes and then bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
