Potato roll with minced meat stuffing: a strong meal full of taste

Ingredients:
3 potatoes
1,5 cup cheddar cheese
1 pinch of parsley
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
Black pepper
Stuffing:
2 tablespoons oil
350g ground meat
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 red peppers
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp red pepper
Black pepper
Topping:
Cheddar cheese
 
Directions:
Grate the potatoes and mix with other ingredients. Spread on a baking dish and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
Make the filling: cook all into a pan and heat for about 25 minutes. Then fill and roll the potatoes and cover with cheese. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 15 minutes.
