Crispy and moist!
INGREDIENTS

• 25g of fresh yeast
• 175g of warm water
• 400g of flour
• 10g of honey
• 5g salt
• 50g butter
For solutions:
• 1 liter of water
• 80 g of soda
• 20g of salt
To finish:
• sesame
• salt
METHOD
1. In a large bowl, mix water, yeast, and honey until dissolved.

2. Add flour, salt and butter, knead the dough. Let it rise 30 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 9 balls, about 80g each.
4. Boil water in a large saucepan and gradually add soda.
5. Cook the balls for 10 seconds, then turn them over and cook for another 10 seconds.
6. Put them on a baking sheet, make cuts, sprinkle with salt and seeds and bake 200C/400F for 15-20 minutes.
