Pineapple grilled salmon: the light meal full of flavor

Ingredients:
3 lemon slices
5 oz salmon fillet
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp of honey
1/2 tsp of lemon zest
4 pineapple slices
 
 
Directions:
Place the salmon on the lemon slices, then season it with salt, honey and lemon zest. Finally cover with pineapple and wrap into aluminum paper. Grill for 40 minutes and enjoy!
