Chocolate cake with a special glaze: a delicious dessert for your guests

Ingredients:
for the cake
140 gr flour
7 eggs
100g sugar
100g sl butter
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
cream
300g condensed milk
200g butter
20 g gelatin
60 grams of water
souffle
400g sugar
150g egg whites
pinch of salt
a pinch of citric acid
120 grams of water
glaze
180 gr heavy cream
30g sugar
30 gr butter
150g dark chocolate
Directions:
Prepare the cake, mix well all ingredients then let it cook at 180°C for 20 min. For the cream mix together butter and condensed milk. Pour water in gelatin. Prepare the souffle: mix sugar and water. Whip egg whites, add the gelatin and cream. Pour it on the cake. In a pot prepare the glaze. Melt dark chocolate then pour it on the cream and let it cool.
