Rice With Tomatoes: A Light, Simple Summer Recipe

Here's how to prepare a light recipe for summer. It can adapt to be an appetizer, but also a first or a second. Just tomatoes and rice, more oil and some spices of your choice and cook in a pan for 10 minutes on medium-high flame and then about 50 minutes on a low flame.

4 medium potatoes
5-6 basil leaves
