Potato And Vegetable Flatbread: A Tasty Alternative To Serve Instead Of Bread

Ingredients:
500g potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 egg
Chives
Parsley
300g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter 1
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
Ginger (optional)

300g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter 1
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
Ginger (optional)
Directions:
Boil the potatoes and mash them with the butter, apart from chopped chives and parsley. Combine everything and add flour, egg, salt and pepper. Mix to form a dough and let stand for 30 minutes. Then roll it out and form small doughs, spread them out and shape into circles. Cook your flatbreads in a non-stick pan.
